"active" and "prospective" clients
may enter this promotional drawing. Active clients of
Custom Lawn Care, as of the date of each drawing, who
have previously provided their email address to Custom
Lawn Care will automatically be included in each contest
drawing. Services are to be provided at no charge until
completion of the scheduled services, at which time the
services will continue at the regularly priced treatment
program. Any scheduled service awarded through this drawing,
but not completed for any reason, will result in the forfeiture
of the scheduled treatment, and the resumption of the
regularly scheduled service treatment plan and schedule
as set by Custom Lawn Care. Service programs started in
the first season will continue until completed the following
season, with the treatment program cycling onward at regular
cost per treatments. Winner of the "free lawn service"
promotion agrees to the use of their name and image for
any printed and/or electronic materials utilized by the
company (no private information including address, and/or
telephone numbers shall be made public). The free turf
fertilization and weed control service, and the free GRUBPro
treatment shall be for turf areas up to 8,000 square feet
in size. Any additional areas the winner chooses to have
treated over and above 8,000 square feet of turf will
be charged a nominal fee in accordance with the price
chart of Custom Lawn Care in effect at the time of the
drawing. A random drawing for the contest will be conducted
on, or the first business day following, May 1,
September 1, January 2, and March 1 each season,
or until the discontinuance of this promotion, which may
occur at any time at the discretion of Custom Lawn Care.
The drawing shall be performed by a random employee of
Custom lawn Care, on the specified date, before noon,
eastern standard time. |
