Custom Personalized Lawn Care GUARANTEES our results, and your satisfaction of, the professional services we provide. If at any time you are not satisfied with the results of a performed service, please contact our Technical Telephone Support at (800) 570-3313. It is important to understand the different guarantees that we have on our services and the process to follow in the event that you have issues with the effectiveness of any of our treatments. Below are the details you need to know about our service guarantees.
Our Crabgrass Control treatment is applied once per year during the second treatment of the season. The product we use is both a pre and post-emergent control product. This product is not affected by temperature which allows us to put it down into the month of June when you may see Crabgrass begin to grow in your lawn. It will also target Crabgrass that begins growing AFTER the control has been applied.
Once applied, it will take several weeks for the Crabgrass to fully respond to the Crabgrass Control. If a lawn is heavily infested with Crabgrass, our Crabgrass Control is guaranteed to control up to 85% of that already established crabgrass infestation. It may take more than one year to fully resolve an established crabgrass infestation. If at any time you are seeing Crabgrass on your property, contact our office as soon as possible so that we can catch it in its early stages of growth when we perform a retreat.
Broadleaf Weed Control
Our Broadleaf Weed Control is effective against single tap root varieties of weeds (i.e. Dandelions, Plantains, etc.) and viney weeds (i.e. Clover, Black Medic, Ground Ivy, Wild Violets, etc.) A single application of weed control will control 85% of an established broadleaf weed infestation for single tap root varieties of weeds. Viney weeds are much more difficult to control, and a single application will control up to 50% of a viney weed infestation. It may take an entire season with a minimum of 5 treatments to get control of viney weed infestations. New broadleaf weeds germinate every 3-4 weeks throughout the Summer and are opportunistic, so outbreaks do occasionally occur between treatments when the conditions are favorable for them to germinate.
For all weeds that are being treated on your property, a response to treatment should be seen by day 10, post treatment. Customers signed up for 3-4 treatments have until day 14, post treatment, to notify us that weeds don't seem to be responding. Customers signed up for 5-7 treatments have until day 21, post treatment, to notify us. When notified within the appropriate window of time about weed control issues, a Technician will perform a retreat of your property within 3-5 business days, weather permitting.
Surface Feeding Insect Control, for the control of insects such as chinch bugs, sod webworms, and bill bugs, is applied at no additional charge for customers that receive all 7 turf treatments. This service is also GUARANTEED for customers that receive all 7 treatments.
GrubPro is a separate treatment from Surface Feeding Insect Control that is applied once per year between June 10 and August 10. GrubPro is GUARANTEED to prevent a new hatch of grubs for one full year. If grub activity is detected within one year of treatment, we will retreat free of charge. Because it is important to maintain a consistent barrier against the chance of grubs, GrubPro Control is included in the list of services that auto renew each year. This treatment can be cancelled at any time, but will remain in place each year until we are notified of any changes made to the service.
Custom Lawn Care's Terms of Service
Automatic Renewal of Services: To ensure the effectiveness of our seasonal turf treatments, and to maintain the integrity of a timely treatment schedule for the desired results, Custom Personalized Lawn Care is a continuing service from season to season. Your program schedule will remain the same and automatically renew from season to season. You may choose to alter or cancel your program at any time by contacting our Technical Telephone Support, but will be responsible for payment of any services performed up until we are notified of the cancellation. We will provide you with a cancellation number if you choose to cancel services.
Savings Offers: All Savings Offers and discounts applied to an account are valid for the current season only and will not carry over into the next year of services. All Savings Offers applied to treatment programs are valid only if all scheduled services in the program are completed. If the program is altered or cancelled at any time during the season, any applied savings offers will be removed and added to your ending balance.
Past Due Accounts: Any balances due after 30 days of service will incur a $4.90 statement fee. Any balances due after 90 days risk being forwarded to a national collection agency or small claims court for further action. Debts sent to a collection agency will incur an additional processing fee of 40% of the outstanding balance that will be added to the debt owed. Debts sent to small claims court will incur court and server processing fees that will be added to the debt owed.
