Technical Telephone Support
Customers can access trained and experienced members of our Technical Support Team year round to answer any questions that may arise about their lawn care program. Many lawn care issues can be handled over the phone, saving you time and frustration. Simply call (800) 570-3313 to be connected to an experienced lawn care professional.
Overflow Answering Service
When contacting Custom Lawn Care, we want your inquiries to be handled in a timely manner, with a minimum of hold time. During peak season, which typically occurs April through June 15, our Technical Telephone Support partners with a back up answering service that specializes in customer service within the Green Industry. Our overflow phone support is trained to handle calls regarding issues such as basic lawn care inquiries, scheduling questions, and lawn service signups. Any inquiry not resolved will be responded to (during business hours) within 24 hours via our in house Technical Telephone Support.
Timely Service Calls
Timely follow up is extremely important in accurately diagnosing any issues that may occur in your lawn throughout the summer. Our Technical Telephone Support team can help determine if any concerns about your lawn require a visit from one of our Service Technicians to diagnose the problem. If a customer is in need of a visit to their property, we GUARANTEE that a service call will be scheduled and completed within 3-5 business days after contacting us.
Our professional Technicians utilize computerized tablets and printers in each truck for GPS Data Capture that is specific to your property and the service they perform. We can even digitally send them an invoice for an impromptu service request or change in service. We also utilize late model trucks and lawn care equipment to allow our Technicians to provide the best service in the most efficient manner possible.

Customers can instantly get an estimate on lawn care with our FREE 2 Minute Estimate of services. We have over 200,000 properties within our database that have been surveyed by satellite, allowing us to provide an instant answer to your request and eliminating the need for a technician to visit your home for property measurements.

We offer online account management for round the clock access to your lawn care program. Create an account on our website that allows you to pay bills online, make adjustments to your program, add new services, and set up auto payments.
Custom Lawn Care's Terms of Service
Automatic Renewal of Services: To ensure the effectiveness of our seasonal turf treatments, and to maintain the integrity of a timely treatment schedule for the desired results, Custom Personalized Lawn Care is a continuing service from season to season. Your program schedule will remain the same and automatically renew from season to season. You may choose to alter or cancel your program at any time by contacting our Technical Telephone Support, but will be responsible for payment of any services performed up until we are notified of the cancellation. We will provide you with a cancellation number if you choose to cancel services.
Savings Offers: All Savings Offers and discounts applied to an account are valid for the current season only and will not carry over into the next year of services. All Savings Offers applied to treatment programs are valid only if all scheduled services in the program are completed. If the program is altered or cancelled at any time during the season, any applied savings offers will be removed and added to your ending balance.
Past Due Accounts: Any balances due after 30 days of service will incur a $4.90 statement fee. Any balances due after 90 days risk being forwarded to a national collection agency or small claims court for further action. Debts sent to a collection agency will incur an additional processing fee of 40% of the outstanding balance that will be added to the debt owed. Debts sent to small claims court will incur court and server processing fees that will be added to the debt owed.
