Treatment Schedule

  • Treatment 1: Early Spring

    Mosquito Control: Mosquitoes become active as early as spring. Our Professional Technicians will apply a mist/low volume spray to mosquito harboring/breeding areas on your property. This will reduce mosquito activity for 4 to 6 weeks.


    Perimeter Pest Control: Michigan bugs become more active with the final winter. A Granular or liquid application (depending on the temperature) will be applied around your home’s foundation.

  • Treatment 2: Late Spring/Early Summer

    Mosquito Control: During late spring/early summer, our Technicians will focus control on breeding areas to maintain control, reducing mosquitoes for 4 to 6 weeks.


    Perimeter Pest Control: Eggs are hatching, making it seem like these insects are everywhere. We apply a liquid PestPro barrier around your home’s perimeter. Any bug attempting to make it inside your home will be exterminated as soon as they come into contact with the insecticide.

  • Treatment 3: Mid-Summer

    Mosquito Control: During mid-summer, our Technicians will focus control on mosquito daytime resting spots. Shady areas including under trees, shrubs, decks and mulch will be the target. This will reduce mosquito activity for 4 to 6 weeks.


    Perimeter Pest Control: As the summer heats up, so does insect activity throughout your property. Our Professional Technicians will return to reinforce the PestPro foundational barrier and keep bugs where they belong-outside!

  • Treatment 4: Late Summer/Early Fall

    Mosquito Control: During late summer/early fall, mosquitoes can be highly aggressive. Our Technicians will apply a barrier of control to your property that will allow you to utilize your lawn to its fullest potential. Application at this time will reduce mosquitoes for 4 to 6 weeks.


    Perimeter Pest Control: Bug activity reaches peak levels during the final throes of summer. We’ll treat your perimeter anywhere from August 1st - September 30th to keep your home protected.

  • Treatment 5: Late Fall

    Mosquito Control: In the fall, our Technician will focus control to breeding areas, which are most active when temperatures drop. The barrier applied will keep biting mosquitoes at bay for 4 to 6 weeks.


    Perimeter Pest Control: As the weather starts to get cooler, pests try to make their way inside your home to stay warm, making our final PestPro treatment critical. This last application creates a barrier on every crack and crevice to safeguard your home throughout winter.

AUTO-RENEWAL 

All services auto-renew each season to ensure the effectiveness of our seasonal turf treatments, and to maintain the integrity of a timely treatment schedule. Services can be altered or cancelled at any time, but you will be responsible for payment of any services performed prior to notifying us. 

SAVINGS OFFERS 

All special offers and discounts applied to an account are valid for the current season only and will not carry over into the next year of services. If services are canceled before all treatments have been completed, any applied savings offers will be removed and added to your ending balance. 

LATE CHARGES 

A late charge of $4.90 will be applied to any account with a balance that is 30 days past due. Any balances due after 90 days risk being forwarded to a national collection agency or small claims court for further action. View full terms of service for more details.
